Keep in mind this is still a work in progress. If your computer is trash, don't tell me in the ratings that its lagging After hundreds, if not thousands of hours invested into this project by 2Fast Racing and much appreciated help from Revolution Racecraft our Gen-6 NASCAR is ready to rip up the tarmac at your favorite track in style featuring Toyota, Ford and Chevrolet bodies and 85 total driver skins and 54 different generic skins throughout all three.I will fix it faster, and wont mess up ratings. If you find a bug, let me know through the messages feature on this website. This is not the place to tell me about bugs.
Clean up anything brought to my attention. If this map lags for you, its most likely your computer has lower or old specs. All textures are dds for faster rendering. Every 3D model has its own collision mesh and LOD to maximize performance. This has been updated, and still needs some work, but it is better than it was.Brush up on your driving skills before hitting the track. Includes a garage perfect for making changes to your ride before going out and testing it.Try it at night to get a whole different mood.
This map has functioning track lights that automatically turn on at night and turn off during the day. Has AI only on the main track to prevent AI from making unwanted turns. I 3d Modeled it, so it is nice and smooth. For those that want to do some NASCAR stuff right now on BeamNG, a while back someone released a NASCAR Late Model car for the game - I saw this a few days ago, super hyped. I have seen others on the mod's release topic saying the same thing it would be so much more fun if it drove like a car and not like a three-wheeler. I understand these are powerful rear-wheel drive vehicles, but they should not be this loose and the suspension should not be this rigid. This mod is incredibly hard to drive, especially when taking off and cornering. If anyone can help me find them, I will post them for everyone to use!Īlthough these tunes make the cars more tolerable and drive-able, this mod needs some serious physics work to make it drive like a NASCAR late model should. I would like to share these tunes, but don't know how/where to find them in the vehicle files (all I see are the files for the skins, baseline setups that came with the mod, etc.). Some of these tunes will work on other road course type tracks (i.e Pikes Peak) but if not, they at least give you a much better starting point than the baseline given in the mod. I have recently made some different tunes for the NASCAR late model for some of the different tracks.
